Space Availability

  • Due to COVID-19 we are allowing individuals to book rooms temporarily.
  • For your safety, wipes are available on the 2nd and 2M floors at the Help Desk and IT desk. Please wipe the room before you use it.
  • Due to current University measures to ensure the safety of the campus community, the Library is implementing social distancing measures in study rooms.
  • The Univeristy measures 3 ft distancing in classrooms / study rooms WITH MASKS.
  • The CDC defines social distancing as “remaining out of congregate settings, avoiding mass gatherings, and maintaining distance (approximately 6 ft or 2 meters) from others when possible.”
  • The health and safety of library users and staff is our priority.

You must click the confirmation link in the email to complete your reservation. 
If you do not your reservation will be canceled.

Only one study room may be booked at a time. To reserve a room:

  1. Select the room and time(s) that you wish to book by clicking on the corresponding boxes on the Time Grid.
  2. Review your selection in the area at the bottom of the screen below the Time Grid. You can edit and/or delete your selected booking slots in this area. When your selection is complete click on Submit Times.
  3. Review the Study Room Terms and Conditions. Once done, click Continue.
  4. Fill out reservation form for the study room you have selected.
  5. Click on Submit my Booking to submit your reservation.

Once your booking has been successfully submitted, you will receive an email from LibCal confirming your reservation. You can cancel your reservation at any point up until the reserved time via the link in the confirmation email.
